This is also a great option for those who live far away and/or have a busy schedule preventing them to get in for a regular session.

  • Exercise Prescription – New Program every 4 – 6 weeks (goal specific)
  • Highly Detailed – Calculated reps, sets, load, tempo, intensity, volume, RPE, descriptions

Nutritional Coaching

  • How to Calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
  • How to Calculate your Daily Caloric Intake
  • How to Calculate your Daily Macronutrients (Protein, Fats, Carbs)
  • Supplementation Recommendations (if indicated)

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Session

  • Personal Training session with your Osteopath I S & C coach taking you through the program step by step to ensure you are performing each exercise safely and correctly as prescribed to optimise your results and prevent injury

Weekly Check In

  • Video Review & Analysis of any exercises you want looked at for feedback
  • Email Check In – Summary of your week
  • Program and/or Nutrition adjustments (if necessary)


  • Unlimited Phone, Text and Email support
  • Access to Private Facebook group for accountability
